Country House Cookery

Courses 2010 / 2011

Our resident cordon bleu and television masterchef, Emma Crowhurst, creates the most exciting and delicious dishes especially for you - to help you learn, have fun and enjoy great cooking in our busy hands-on classes. Your day begins at 10.00am with welcoming coffee and we cook from 10.30am breaking for lunch and ending the day at around 4.00pm after sitting down to a feast of dishes cooked on the course. Wherever possible we use seasonal and local produce and that includes our own organic beef and lamb from Longhorn cattle and Swaledale sheep reared here in the 350 acre historic park.

Cost of the day to include refreshments, lunch with wine, all cooking ingredients
and a folder full of recipes and chef's tips: £125

Here at Fermyn Woods Hall we can also offer you special individual days for your own group of friends, for school gourmet and 6th Form clubs and for corporate team building sessions.

Gift vouchers are available for every type of cookery day.
